Out of the box again: Who is my favorite antagonist? #Blaugust2024

Photo found on google search| comes from Negan Smith villain’s Fandom

Why ?

The sheer cockiness he had when he first came out even in the comic books, (Yes I read them before the series was a thing), but ironically I liked him more in the tv series over the comics and I believe that is more because Jeffery Dean Morgan brought him to life like more and more for me. I do drool over JDM too. I won’t lie, I am like that on some actors. I love the attitude they gave Negan in the series. He had a no filter and reminded me some of myself and again I just get it. I don’t like people that like to walk on egg shells because they are afraid of stirring the pot so to speak. I am not afraid to stir said pot. So does that make me an antagonist? Probably, but ask me if I care. I don’t try to do that intentionally anymore, but it does happen from time to time with me. I just can’t help it. Negan’s character drew me in because I was not getting on the fandom of Rick Grimes, and all that circle. Then again I also liked Darryl Dixon too who was a loner by nature and would take off. I don’t know why I really like antagonist’s in certain movies and or tv-shows. It’s just something I’m drawn too with their personalities that makes sense to me. Maybe it is because of how I grew up, and how I remembered always being told I wasn’t good enough, or other things that have messed with my mental health and I could see myself being like these guys in a post-zombie apocalypse, or any kind of apocalypse in reality.

There is my small list of characters and the actors that portrayed them, as you can see I didn’t find any females that I was drawn too, not sure why. I just didn’t. I am more drawn to relating more with men that I do with women. Is why I tell everyone I’m basically a dude trapped in a females body. Enjoy,
